It is a large master-planned area with communities ranging from value-oriented condominiums and maintenance-free villas to luxury estates, bundled-golf neighborhoods and newer resort-style developments. Arbor Lakes

Talon Preserve is a gated DiVosta community at the southern end of Palmer Ranch in Nokomis, planned for about 926 villas and single-family homes. It is ideal for buyers willing to be farther south in exchange for newer construction and a full resort lifestyle.
Turtle Rock

Vintage Grand

Wellington Chase
